Professional Development Program

Program Highlights

This learning program was designed and developed to offer a new professional development pathway for coaches. This 12-week, VILT program prepares participants to integrate key IFS skills into their existing coach practices. In addition to the VILT portion of the program, asynchronous online learning modules provide a basic introduction to IFS along with inspirational activities and social connection to jump start learning. This pilot program was the first of its kind to be hosted on a new LMS and to integrate an in-depth, DEI evaluation and auditing process.

AUDIENCE: Coaching Professionals
RESPONSIBILITIES: Need Assessment, Learning Experience Design, Development, Logo Design/Branding/Visual Design, Scriptwriting, Storyboards, Video Animation, Slide Deck Design, Project Management, and Evaluation
TOOLS USED: Canva (Graphics), Genially(Interactivity), LearnDash LMS/Elementor, and Generative AI (Scriptwriting and Video Production)
